  • You understand that usage data from NFC taps or interactions may be collected and processed to enhance your experience

1.5. Waitlist & Notifications

By joining a waitlist, you:

  • Consent to DEPARTMNT contacting you with product, app, or membership updates

  • May be sent early access offers or invitations

  • Can unsubscribe at any time via provided links
